Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, sugar, milk, and salt. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring frequently.
 - Once boiling, cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
 - Immediately stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
 - Add the oats and stir until fully coated.
 - Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
 - Let the cookies cool and set at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or chill in the refrigerator for faster results.
