Ingredients
For the Base:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
For the Chocolate Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (for topping layer)
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Mix melted butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and 1 1/4 cups peanut butter until smooth. Press into the dish.
- Create the Chocolate Layer: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter in 30-second intervals. Spread over the peanut butter layer.
