Ingredients
For the Base:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
For the Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter. Stir until fully combined and smooth. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch pan.
- Make the Topping: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Cut into bars and serve chilled or at room temperature.
