Description

Indulge in these decadent No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars that are a perfect combination of creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate. These easy-to-make bars are a delightful treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

For the Base:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

For the Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter. Stir until fully combined and smooth. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch pan.
  2. Make the Topping: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly with a spatula.
  3. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Cut into bars and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
  • Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
