These delightful No-Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies are a quick and easy dessert perfect for any occasion. Creamy banana pudding filling nestled in a graham cracker crust, topped with fresh bananas and whipped cream – a true crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients
For the filling:
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
For the crust and garnish:
- 12 mini graham cracker pie crusts
- 2 ripe bananas (sliced)
- extra whipped topping and crushed vanilla wafers for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Place a few banana slices in the bottom of each mini graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
Spoon or pipe the banana cream filling evenly into each crust.
Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and crushed vanilla wafers if desired. Serve chilled.
Notes
- To keep bananas from browning, toss slices in a bit of lemon juice before layering.
- These can be made up to a day ahead for convenience.
