Description

These delightful No-Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies are a quick and easy dessert perfect for any occasion. Creamy banana pudding filling nestled in a graham cracker crust, topped with fresh bananas and whipped cream – a true crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

For the crust and garnish:

  • 12 mini graham cracker pie crusts
  • 2 ripe bananas (sliced)
  • extra whipped topping and crushed vanilla wafers for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.

  3. Place a few banana slices in the bottom of each mini graham cracker crust.
  4. Spoon or pipe the banana cream filling evenly into each crust.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and crushed vanilla wafers if desired. Serve chilled.
