Description

Delicious and easy No-Bake Easter Peanut Butter Bars featuring a creamy peanut butter base, a buttery graham cracker crust, and a decadent chocolate topping adorned with festive pastel candy eggs and sprinkles. Perfect for a sweet springtime treat with no oven required.

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Base

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Chocolate Topping

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable oil

Decoration

  • 1/2 cup pastel-colored candy-coated chocolate eggs (like Mini Eggs or M&M’s)
  • Optional Easter sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peanut Butter Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is well blended and smooth.
  2. Form the Base Layer: Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Press the peanut butter mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the pan to form the base layer.
  3. Melt the Chocolate Topping: Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut or vegetable oil into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  4. Assemble the Bars: Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter base. Spread gently with a spatula to cover the surface completely.
  5. Decorate: Immediately sprinkle the pastel-colored candy-coated chocolate eggs and optional Easter sprinkles on top. Press them lightly into the chocolate so they adhere well.
  6. Chill to Set: Refrigerate the pan for at least 2 hours or until the bars are firm and the chocolate has set completely.
  7. Serve: Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into 16 squares. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Store bars in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
  • For a crunchier texture, use crunchy peanut butter or mix in chopped nuts.
  • Substitute white chocolate or pastel candy melts for a colorful festive variation.
