- 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 12 additional cookies, chopped
- Extra cookies or crumbs for garnish
Instructions
