Ingredients

Cookies Crust:

  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 12 additional cookies, chopped
  • Extra cookies or crumbs for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cookies Crust: Crush 24 cookies into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
