Description

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

For the Filling:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 6 crushed cookies (for folding in)

For Topping:

  • 4 crushed cookies (for topping or coating)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Add 16 cookies to a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter, then press into mini muffin liners or silicone molds to form crusts. Chill in the fridge.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture. Fold in the crushed cookies.
  3. Fill and Chill: Spoon or pipe the filling onto the chilled crusts. Sprinkle with remaining crushed cookies. Chill for at least 2 hours until firm.
