Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir frequently until the butter melts and the mixture comes to a full rolling boil.
- Boil for exactly 1 minute, then remove from heat. Immediately stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until fully blended.
- Add the oats and mix until completely coated. Drop the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into rounded mounds.
- Let the cookies cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, or until fully set.
