Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust:

Cheesecake Filling:
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and chill.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble: Spread filling over chilled crust. Refrigerate until set.
