Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Add-Ins:
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Line a loaf pan or small square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix maple syrup, almond butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Form the Dough: Blend wet mixture into dry ingredients until a thick dough forms. Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips if desired.
- Set and Slice: Press the mixture into the prepared pan, refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm. Slice into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
