Description

No-Bake Birthday Cake Delight is a festive and easy-to-make dessert featuring a crunchy birthday cake-flavored cookie crust layered with creamy, fluffy cream cheese and pudding mixtures, topped with colorful sprinkles. Perfect for parties or special occasions, this dessert requires no baking and is ready to serve after chilling.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 package (14.3 ounces) birthday cake-flavored sandwich cookies (like Birthday Cake Oreos), crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed, divided

Pudding Layer

  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

Topping

  • Extra rainbow sprinkles for topping
  • Additional crushed birthday cake-flavored sandwich cookies (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, mix the crushed birthday cake sandwich cookies with melted unsalted butter until the mixture is well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish to create an even crust layer. Set aside for now.
  2. Make the cream cheese layer: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping (4 ounces) until the mixture is light and fluffy. Spread this cream cheese mixture evenly over the prepared cookie crust.
  3. Prepare the pudding layer: In another separate bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until the pudding thickens. Fold in the remaining whipped topping and 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles until well combined. Carefully spread this pudding layer over the cream cheese layer in the dish.
  4. Chill and set: Cover the dish tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the layers to set and flavors to meld together.
  5. Garnish and serve: Before serving, sprinkle extra rainbow sprinkles and, if desired, some additional crushed birthday cake-flavored cookies on top for a festive finish. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra indulgence, add chopped birthday cake candy bars between layers or drizzle white chocolate over the top before chilling.
  • Best enjoyed within 2–3 days for optimal freshness and texture.
  • The dessert requires no baking, making it a quick and easy treat to prepare ahead of time.
