Description

A bold and cheesy wrap packed with seasoned beef, creamy nacho cheese, and crunchy Doritos — perfect for a quick, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilis)
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 4 large flour tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
  2. Add diced onions and green peppers. Sauté for about 4 minutes, until slightly softened.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix nacho cheese sauce and Rotel until smooth.
  5. Lay tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a line of cheese-Rotel mixture down the center. Add beef mixture, a dollop of sour cream, and crushed Doritos.
  6. Fold in sides and roll up tightly. Toast each wrap in a skillet until golden and crispy on both sides, 2–3 minutes per side.
  7. Serve with shredded lettuce and optional toppings like salsa or guacamole.

Notes

  • Warm tortillas before filling to prevent cracking.
  • Use a dab of butter in the skillet for extra flavor and golden color.
  • Don’t overfill the wraps for easier rolling and toasting.
  • Customize with hot sauce, jalapeños, or alternative proteins like ground turkey or beans.
