Ingredients

Cake:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Streusel Topping:

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix Cake Batter: Combine yellow cake mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Prepare Streusel Topping: Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nuts, flour, and melted butter.
