Ingredients
Cake:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Streusel Topping:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix Cake Batter: Combine yellow cake mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla extract until smooth.
