Description

Ingredients

Pie Crust:

  • 1 9-inch deep dish pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Filling:

  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and pre-bake for 8–10 minutes.
