Ingredients
Pie Crust:
- 1 9-inch deep dish pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
Filling:
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and pre-bake for 8–10 minutes.
- Prepare Filling: Whisk together sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Add ham, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Mix Eggs: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Combine with ham mixture.
