Ingredients
Filling
- 1 cup cooked, diced turkey
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 green onion, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon hot sauce
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 eggs
Crust
- 1 9-inch deep-dish pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the quiche.
- Cook Turkey: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced turkey for 3 to 5 minutes to remove excess moisture, then set it aside.
- Combine Turkey Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the warm turkey with cream cheese, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until the cream cheese melts and blends into the meat.
- Arrange Filling in Crust: Spread the turkey mixture evenly into the bottom of the pie crust. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onion evenly on top.
- Mix Custard: In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth and well combined.
- Pour Custard & Bake: Pour the egg and cream mixture over the meat and cheese layers in the crust. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving to allow the filling to set fully.
Notes

- Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your desired level of spiciness.
- Use a store-bought deep-dish pie crust for convenience or prepare your own homemade crust.
- Allow the quiche to cool slightly before cutting to maintain clean slices.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated gently.
