Description

A refreshing and invigorating twist on traditional iced coffee, the Mint Mojito Iced Coffee combines the coolness of mint with the rich flavors of coffee for a perfect summer pick-me-up.


Ingredients

Coffee:

  • 1 cup freshly brewed strong coffee (cooled)

Mint Syrup:

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup (or to taste)

Other:

  • 1/2 cup milk or half-and-half
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Mint sprig (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Muddle Mint: In a tall glass, muddle the fresh mint leaves with the simple syrup to release their flavor.
  2. Prepare Drink: Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the cooled coffee over the ice, then add the milk or half-and-half. Stir well to combine.
  3. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a mint sprig if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use almond or oat milk.
  • You can also make a big batch of mint syrup in advance for quick prep.
