Ingredients

- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Strawberry Crunch Topping:
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 1 cup golden Oreos, crushed
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Garnish:
- 1/2 cup whipped cream or whipped topping

Instructions
- Prepare Cheesecake Base: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into muffin tin liners and bake for 5 minutes.
