Ingredients
Lobster Filling:
- 1 lb cooked lobster meat (chopped)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For Serving:
- 8 mini brioche rolls or slider buns
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- Optional: shredded lettuce for layering
Instructions
- Prepare Lobster Filling: In a medium bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chives, parsley, celery salt, salt, and pepper. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Toast Buns: Brush insides of rolls with butter, toast until golden.
- Assemble: Optionally layer lettuce in rolls, spoon lobster mixture, and serve.
