Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)
Filling:
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup maraschino cherries, chopped and drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pineapple, chopped pecans, coconut, sweetened condensed milk, cherries, and lemon juice. Stir until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and creamy.
- Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Cover and chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
