Ingredients

Casserole:

  • 12 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Topping:

  • ½ cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare baking dish: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the creamy base: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream of chicken soup until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine chicken and noodles: Mix in shredded chicken, cooked noodles, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Spread into the baking dish.
