Ingredients
Chicken
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Caesar Sauce
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
Garnish
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish to prepare it for the chicken.
- Prepare Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine Caesar dressing, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and optional salt. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Arrange Chicken: Place the chicken breasts evenly spaced in the prepared baking dish, making sure they do not overlap to ensure even cooking.
- Coat Chicken: Generously coat each chicken breast with the Caesar sauce mixture, ensuring each piece is fully covered for maximum flavor.
- Bake Chicken: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the sauce becomes golden and bubbly.
- Rest and Garnish: Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the chicken is cooked through by checking the internal temperature with a meat thermometer;
- You can use homemade Caesar dressing or store-bought for convenience;
- Adjust salt according to your taste or dietary needs;
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated gently to retain moisture;
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
