Description

This Meaty Tortellini Salad is a hearty and flavorful pasta salad packed with cheese tortellini, salami, ham, and fresh veggies all tossed in a zesty Italian dressing. Perfect for picnics, potlucks, or a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

Cheese Tortellini:

1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini

Salami:

1 cup diced

Ham:

1 cup diced

Black Olives:

1/2 cup sliced

Cherry Tomatoes:

1 cup halved

Red Bell Pepper:

1/2 cup diced

Cucumber:

1/2 cup chopped

Red Onion:

1/4 cup chopped

Mozzarella Cheese:

1/2 cup shredded

Italian Dressing:

1/2 cup

Parsley:

1 tablespoon chopped

Salt and Pepper:

To taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the Tortellini: Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine tortellini, salami, ham, olives, tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and mozzarella.
  3. Add Dressing: Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss until well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
