Meatloaf Muffin:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 small onion (finely diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup (divided)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and half of the ketchup.
- Form the Muffins: Divide the mixture into the muffin tin, pressing gently. Top each with the remaining ketchup.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest and Serve: Let the muffins rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
