Description

Ingredients

Meatloaf Muffin:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 small onion (finely diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and half of the ketchup.
  3. Form the Muffins: Divide the mixture into the muffin tin, pressing gently. Top each with the remaining ketchup.
  4. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Rest and Serve: Let the muffins rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
