Ingredients

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ pound Italian sausage

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 cup diced pepperoni
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 24 oz marinara or pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional toppings: extra pepperoni slices, chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook Pasta: Cook the rotini pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic. Add ground beef and sausage, cook until browned.
