- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ pound Italian sausage
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced pepperoni
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 24 oz marinara or pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional toppings: extra pepperoni slices, chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook Pasta: Cook the rotini pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic. Add ground beef and sausage, cook until browned.
