Chicken:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Coating:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs (optional for crunch)
Garnish:
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Mix the coating: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken: Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the mayo-Parmesan mixture over the tops. Add breadcrumbs for crunch, if desired.
