- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup small pasta (like ditalini or orzo)
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the Chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot, cook chicken pieces until browned. Set aside.
