Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Combine and Simmer: Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the chicken. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened.
  4. Serve: Serve the chicken and sauce hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
