- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
- Spoon the maple mustard glaze over the salmon, coating each piece evenly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
