Ingredients
Blondie Batter:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup brown sugar (lightly packed)
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional:
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup until smooth. Add egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
