Description

Mango Strawberry Sunrise Frappuccinos are a refreshing and colorful layered fruit drink perfect for a tropical treat. This vegan and gluten-free beverage is a delightful combination of mango, strawberries, and coconut milk, creating a vibrant and flavorful smoothie in a glass.

Ingredients

Frozen Mango Layer:

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice

Frozen Strawberry Layer:

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)

Garnish:

  • Fresh mango or strawberry slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Frozen Mango Layer: In a blender, combine frozen mango, coconut milk, orange juice, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour half of the mango mixture into glasses.
  2. Frozen Strawberry Layer: Rinse the blender and add the frozen strawberries with a splash of coconut milk. Blend until smooth. Carefully spoon or pour the strawberry layer over the mango base to create a sunrise effect.
  3. Garnish: Garnish with fresh fruit slices if desired. Serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

  • For a thicker texture, add more ice or freeze the fruit beforehand.
  • To make it dairy-free, stick with coconut or almond milk.
  • For a fun twist, top with coconut whipped cream.
