Ingredients
Frozen Mango Colada:
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup white rum (optional)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- fresh mango slices and shredded coconut for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine frozen mango, coconut milk, pineapple juice, rum (if using), honey or agave, and ice. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
