Ingredients
For the crust:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1–2 tablespoons ice water
For the filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
For the topping:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
- 2 tablespoons apricot jam
- 1 teaspoon water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix the flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together. Press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan, prick with a fork, and bake for 18–20 minutes. Let cool.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add heavy cream and beat until fluffy. Spread into the cooled crust.
Arrange fresh berries on top. Heat apricot jam with water, brush over berries. Chill before serving.
