Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Melt Cheeses: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 45–60 seconds until melted, then stir until smooth.
  3. Add Ingredients: Add almond flour, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
  4. Roll Out Dough: Place dough between parchment paper and roll into a 10–12 inch circle. Transfer crust to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
