Ingredients

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
For the Lemon Pudding Layer:
- 2 (3.4-ounce) boxes instant lemon pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
For Garnish:
- Additional whipped topping
- Lemon zest (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 350°F. Mix flour, butter, and pecans for the crust. Press into a baking dish and bake.
- Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping and spread over crust.
