- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Cheesecake Filling:
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Optional:
- 1/4 cup lemon curd (for extra filling)
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare filling: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
