 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

 - 1 cup buttermilk (room temperature)
 
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 8-inch cake pans.
 - Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
