Ingredients

Egg Noodles:

12 ounces

Olive Oil:

1 tablespoon

Kielbasa:

14 ounces, sliced into rounds

Yellow Onion:

1 small, sliced

Garlic Cloves:

3, minced

Green Cabbage:

1 small head, cored and thinly sliced

Smoked Paprika:

1/2 teaspoon

Salt:

1/2 teaspoon

Black Pepper:

1/4 teaspoon

Butter:

2 tablespoons

Apple Cider Vinegar:

1 tablespoon

Parsley:

Chopped for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the Egg Noodles: Prepare according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the Kielbasa: In a skillet, cook kielbasa slices until browned; set aside.
  3. Sauté Onion and Garlic: In the same skillet, cook onion until softened, then add garlic.
