Ingredients
For the Keto Chocolate Mousse:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2–3 tablespoons powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- shaved dark chocolate or fresh berries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat on medium-high speed for 2–3 minutes until stiff peaks form and the mousse is light and fluffy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Spoon into individual serving cups and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with shaved dark chocolate or berries if desired.
