Ingredients

For the Keto Chocolate Mousse:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 23 tablespoons powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • shaved dark chocolate or fresh berries for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat on medium-high speed for 2–3 minutes until stiff peaks form and the mousse is light and fluffy.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  3. Spoon into individual serving cups and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Garnish with shaved dark chocolate or berries if desired.
