Description
A light, fluffy, and fruity whipped cream dessert made with just three ingredients. It’s perfect as a dessert on its own or as a topping for cakes, pies, and more.
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons strawberry Jello powder
Instructions
- Place a metal mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes to chill.
- Remove the bowl and beaters from the freezer. Add the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and strawberry Jello powder to the bowl.
- Whip on high speed using an electric mixer for 4–5 minutes, until stiff peaks form.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
