Description

These delicious Jello Pudding Pops are a creamy, chocolatey frozen treat perfect for warm days. Made with instant chocolate pudding mix, cold milk, and optional heavy cream and vanilla, they’re easy to prepare and fun to enjoy. Freeze the mixture in popsicle molds for a refreshing dessert that kids and adults alike will love.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional for creamier texture)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Popsicle molds or small paper cups with popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Mix pudding and milk: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold whole milk for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
  2. Add optional ingredients: If desired, stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract to enhance creaminess and flavor.
  3. Fill molds: Pour the pudding mixture evenly into popsicle molds or small paper cups. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold or cup.
  4. Freeze pops: Place the filled molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until the pops are completely solid.
  5. Release popsicles: To remove the pops from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them, then gently pull the popsicles out.

Notes

  • Any flavor of instant pudding can be used—try vanilla, banana, or butterscotch for variety.
  • For a dairy-free version, substitute almond milk or oat milk; however, the pops may be softer in texture.
