Ingredients
Crescent Roll Dough:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Jalapeno Popper Filling:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the filling: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Assemble the rolls: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll up tightly.
- Bake: Arrange the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with green onions if desired.
