Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ease cleanup.
- Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well blended.
- Arrange Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. On the prepared baking sheet, arrange the triangles in a circular shape with the wide ends overlapping in the center and the pointed ends facing outward, forming a sun-like ring.
- Add Filling: Evenly spoon the jalapeño cheese mixture onto the wide ends of the crescent triangles around the center of the dough ring.
- Fold and Seal: Carefully fold the pointed ends of each triangle over the filling and tuck them under the ring’s center to seal the dough and encase the filling.
- Apply Egg Wash: Beat the egg and brush it over the crescent dough ring. This will give the baked ring a beautiful golden brown finish.
