Description

These Jalapeno Popper Cream Cheese Pinwheels are a spicy, creamy, and cheesy appetizer rolled in soft flour tortillas. Perfect for parties or game day snacks.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 23 jalapeños, finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly into logs.
  5. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
