Description

Indulge in the delightful combination of peach cobbler and cheesecake with this refreshing fruit salad recipe. Creamy, sweet, and bursting with juicy peaches, it’s a perfect no-bake dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

Cheesecake Base:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Fruit Salad:

  • 2 cups canned or fresh peaches, chopped
  • 1 cup vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional garnish: extra whipped topping and cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cheesecake Base: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  2. Fruit Salad: In a separate bowl, whisk together the cheesecake pudding mix and milk until slightly thickened. Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture, then gently fold in the whipped topping. Add the chopped peaches, crushed vanilla wafers, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir gently until evenly combined. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend and cookies to soften slightly.

Notes

  • Use fresh, ripe peaches when in season for the best flavor.
  • For a crunchier texture, reserve some crushed wafers to sprinkle on top right before serving.
