- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Wet Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3 medium tart apples (like Granny Smith), peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour an 8-inch round cake pan or springform pan.
