Description

Indulge in the rich and creamy Hot Fudge Peanut Butter Pie, a decadent no-bake dessert that combines the luscious flavors of peanut butter and chocolate. This easy-to-make pie is perfect for any occasion and will impress your guests with its irresistible taste.

Ingredients

Chocolate Cookie Crust:

  • 1 (9-inch) chocolate cookie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Peanut Butter Filling:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (thawed)

Toppings:

  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce (divided)
  • Chopped peanuts or peanut butter cups for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter and softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the filling is light and fluffy.
  4. Spread half of the hot fudge sauce over the bottom of the chocolate crust.
  5. Spoon the peanut butter filling over the fudge layer and smooth the top.
  6. Warm the remaining hot fudge slightly, then drizzle over the top of the pie.
  7. Garnish with chopped peanuts or peanut butter cups for extra decadence.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • This pie can be made a day in advance and kept chilled.
  • For a firmer texture, freeze for 1–2 hours before serving.
  • Try using crunchy peanut butter for added texture or drizzle with caramel for an extra-rich finish.
