Description

Hot Chocolate Lasagna is a decadent no-bake dessert that combines the flavors of chocolate, marshmallows, and cream cheese in a layered treat that’s perfect for any sweet occasion.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 36 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the Marshmallow Cream Layer:

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons milk

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional Layers:

  • 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 (3.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Extra mini marshmallows and chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Finely crush the sandwich cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a baking dish.
  2. Make the Marshmallow Cream Layer: Melt marshmallows with milk, then cool slightly.
  3. Create the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Add marshmallow mixture and fold in whipped topping.
  4. Layer the Dessert: Spread marshmallow cream over the crust, then top with chocolate pudding, whipped topping, and chocolate chips.
