Description

Indulge in the delicate flavors of these Honey Lavender White Chocolate Truffles. Creamy white chocolate infused with floral notes of lavender and sweet honey, these no-bake treats are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Truffle Mixture:

  • 12 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Coating:

  • Powdered sugar or extra melted white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Mixture: In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream, butter, honey, and lavender until simmering. Let steep for 10 minutes. Strain out the lavender and rewarm the cream mixture.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate: Pour the warm cream mixture over the chopped white chocolate. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract.
  3. Chill and Shape: Refrigerate the ganache until firm. Scoop and roll into balls. Coat with powdered sugar or dip in melted white chocolate.
  4. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate truffles until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Keep truffles chilled for best texture.
  • Experiment with sea salt or lemon zest for added flavor.
