Ingredients
Truffle Mixture:
- 12 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Coating:
- Powdered sugar or extra melted white chocolate
Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Mixture: In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream, butter, honey, and lavender until simmering. Let steep for 10 minutes. Strain out the lavender and rewarm the cream mixture.
- Melt the White Chocolate: Pour the warm cream mixture over the chopped white chocolate. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract.
- Chill and Shape: Refrigerate the ganache until firm. Scoop and roll into balls. Coat with powdered sugar or dip in melted white chocolate.
