Ingredients
Turkey Wings:
- 3 lbs turkey wings, cut at the joints
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Honey Glaze:
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the turkey wings: Pat the turkey wings dry and place them in a baking dish. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Make the honey glaze: Whisk together chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme. Pour over the turkey wings.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Uncover, baste with sauce, and bake for an additional 30–40 minutes until golden and tender.
