Ingredients

For the red velvet brownies:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

For the cheesecake dip:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy cream (cold)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the red velvet brownies: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, food coloring, vinegar. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt. Bake for 25–28 minutes.
